HOW TO REGISTER AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

  • Mouseover to the top right of the and simply look for "PROFILE" icon, click on it and it will bring you to the Login / Sign Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click Register. You may CLICK HERE for the registration


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

  • Mouseover to the top right of the and simply look for "PROFILE" icon, click on it and it will bring you to the Login / Sign Up page. Click "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD". Enter your email address that you registered the account with us, and click submit. You will receive an email notification to reset your password.


HOW TO CHANGE MY INFORMATION IN MY ACCOUNT?

  • Mouseover to the top right of the and simply look for "PROFILE" icon, click on it and it will bring you to the Login / Sign Up page. Simply look for "ACCOUNT DETAILS" and click "EDIT" then you may proceed to change your account information. Once you've completed your account information, click "SUBMIT".


DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

  • We advise our customer to register an account with us so that you can trace your order and delivery status.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You will receive an Order Fulfilment email from PFK Marketing when you order. The email content will include your Order Details, Courier Company and Tracking Code. You may click "TRACK MY ORDER" from the email that you've received. You may also check with our support team at [email protected]


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS DOES PFK MARKETING OFFER?

  • We offer shipping options such as Courier Services (Seebuu Logistics, ABX Express, DHL eCommerce, Yunda Express, FMX Freight). 


HOW DO I SELECT SHIPPING OPTIONS AND THE SHIPPING RATES?

  • Shipping options and rates will be shown during the checkout. You may select your preferred shipping company.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • For Home Delivery (Klang Valley), all the deliveries will take 3 to 5 working days.
  • For Home Delivery (Outstation), all the deliveries will take 5 - 7 working days.
  • For Home Delivery (East Malaysia), all the deliveries will take 9 - 11 working days.


CAN MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED TO EAST MALAYSIA (SABAH / SARAWAK)?

  • Yes all our products can be shipped to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) except for liquid and alcohol products from our store.


ORDER AND PAYMENT

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • To place an order, simply select the product(s) you would like to purchase and add them to cart. Fill in your delivery details and select your shipping options, then proceed to checkout. You may also place your order via our official SHOPEE or LAZADA. For Self-Pick-Up, we only accept CASH ON DELIVERY.


WILL I RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.


I HAVE ORDERED AND COMPLETED PAYMENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

  • Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. 


I AM UNABLE TO ADD MY SELECTED ITEM TO MY CART. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

  • If your chosen items has disappeared from your shopping cart, it is most probably because the item has run out of stock. Please contact our support team for verification at [email protected]


AFTER ADDED THE ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING CARD, DOES IT MEAN MY ORDER ARE CONFIRM?

  • Item added to cart does not mean it is confirmed unless you proceed checkout.


WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

  • We do accept Credit Card (ISSUED FROM MAJOR BANKS IN MALAYSIA), Debit Card, Online Transfer and Cash Deposit. For Online Transfer and Cash Deposit, you are required to upload your payment receipt. Alternatively, please complete all the particulars Order ID, Payment Method, Bank Name, Bank-In Date, Bank-In Amount, Name, Contact and reply to the confirmation email attached with the scanned bank-in slip. 


HOW TO KNOW IF MY PAYMENT IS SUCCESSFUL OR FAILED?

  • For successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email registered.


DO YOUR ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

  • For Courier Services (Home Delivery), we do not accept COD

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN

  • You have [ 14 ] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
